IAPRC Credential Badge & Logo Use Agreement
Only active members of IAPRC’s iCoachRecovery Membership Association may use the CPC, CPRC, or other approved IAPRC badges/logos to coaching services.
Conditions of Use:
This agreement is between the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC) and graduates of the CPC and CPRC programs who are active members of the iCoachRecovery Membership Association.
By using CPC, CPRC, or IAPRC logos, you agree to the following:
-
Eligibility: Use is restricted to graduates of IAPRC-approved programs who are current, active members in good standing. Members must follow all IAPRC/iCoachRecovery standards. No one may share, license, sell, or transfer logo rights without written permission from IAPRC’s Executive Director.
-
Purpose: Logos and designations may be used only to represent the approved program(s)—not the organization as a whole. Use must be limited to areas directly related to CPC or CPRC offerings (e.g., program descriptions), not general organization representation.
-
Integrity of Use: Logos must not be altered in any way. This includes resizing, cropping, tilting, changing colors, or placing on distracting backgrounds. Logos must appear in full strength with original colors from the Pantone Matching System. No substitutions are allowed.
-
Approved Usage: Logos and designations may be used on:
-
-
Program completion certificates (for graduates only)
-
Marketing materials (brochures, ads, folders)
-
Websites where IAPRC Coaches are promoted
-
Print, digital, and photographic media
Use in any other context requires prior written approval from IAPRC’s Executive Director.
-
Loss of Membership or Violation: Unauthorized use or any alteration of the logo/designations will result in immediate loss of IAPRC designation, certification, and/or membership. If membership is suspended or terminated, all use must cease immediately and cannot resume until full reinstatement.
